She was his sunshine in the darkest of days. She was his strength when he had given up all hope. She was his back bone when he didn't stand up for himself. She was the only flower in the field of dead dreams. She was his guide when he was lost.
He was her dark cloud covering the bright sunshine. He was her irritation when she had a goal. He was her sore spot when she tried to do anything. he was a dead bush in a garden of beautiful flowers. He was her tick that wouldn't leave her alone.
She was his light.
He was her dark.
He loves her.
But
She can't love him.
Yaay! It's finished!
This is my entry for the WorldWideDeviants elements contest.
If you haven't figured it out already it's Light and Darkness. But I portrayed them as people.
It has a twist to it as you can see. Light is more of an agressive person while Dark is more of the sensitive, sweet person. I think I'll make them my new OCs. ^^ I really love these 2 honestly! They're just great! ^^

Good luck in the contest. I like that you've started to play around more with your lights and darks. 
I feel like shading and lighting are powerful things to know and apply because they really do create form, even if they seem to be in opposition of one another at times.
